Our Strengths
We are proud not only of our heritage as Greeks, but also our experiences in the real estate industry; we are fourth-generation real estate investors who were born in Greece, raised in Greece, went to college in Greece, and now own businesses and properties in Greece. We are licensed residential mortgage loan officers, licensed realtors, and licensed accountants. At the end of the day, we know the land, we know tourists, and we know the laws.
Our Motivation
It's All Greek Realty's founder was inspired by his γιαγιά (grandmother). As a young boy in Greece, his γιαγιά would share stories of her youth. As the years went on he wanted to hear more of her stories -- stories about how she and her friends played on the same beaches that he and his friends played on, stories of the family heritage going back thousands of years on the island of Santorini, of his γιαγιά sleeping on the beaches and using vinegar to repel the mosquitoes, even of life under foreign occupation in WWII.
It wasn’t just the stories she was telling, it was how she was telling them, the laughter of the good memories and the pride of enduring through the bad. “Many have tried to take Hellas. Some have succeeded, but not for too long,” she would chuckle and say.
It was this pride that had her come back to her home island of Santorini after immigrating to the US for over 15 years where she worked day and night in a sewing factory. She worked to provide a better life for her son and to save enough to return home and rebuild. Why? She was Greek, and all Greeks go (back) home. How did she pick the location? Simple, it was her favorite place to play growing up, and her childhood best friend lived next door. What did she build on her property? A small villa over 36 years ago that she passed on to her son and grandsons. Why? To ensure her family and their families after her would know exactly where they come from -- Hellas, or as the Romans called it, Greece, land of the Greeks.
All Greek Realty will make γιαγιά proud. Like she always wanted, we will bring Greeks home.
